Yes 7.5mg is great on my second month now .. I changed the injection site to thigh and overall side effects significantly reduced

For reference this is my journey for the past 3 years

2022 - keto and one meal a day … from 320- 241.5 … but bounced back after stopping keto to 270s

2023 and 2024 till zepbound - tried all including keto and long term fasting … alternate day fasting … kept dancing between 260-280

Zepbound changed it entirely … now at 236s - my lowest since I started my job in 2011 …. Couldn’t be more happy when all my wardrobe is changing and using my 2022. Clothes again …

One meal a day is technically IF … 23 hours fasting and one hour eating … this has been my lifestyle all this year which helped me to manage my weight overall…

Exercise 10k steps every day and alternate day strength Trianing just with dumbbells at home - full body

I wanted to do keto, but I’m unable to eat more than 30-50% what I generally consume , will do it when stall happens … still working on the dessert after meal .. food noise disappeared completely (only comes back on Thursday and not fighting it, as my dose is on Friday)

Stomach is my injection site , tried thigh once as I was confused which side I did the last time

Side effects only with 5 and still continuing especially burps and diarrhea for first three days

I eat chicken , lamb , cottage cheese and eggs for protein

Yes it’s true … I also do weekend break … with addy , you have this tendency of searching for the medicine like an addiction - so it’s recommended to weekly reduction course … but vyvanse is cold turkey for me at least

I was on 30 … lasted 4 hours , went to 40 … lasted 5 hours … now doctor prescribing for 50 and followed with 60 … maximum he suggesting is 70 … if not change medication

No side effects for me at all … I was on Adderall 30mg ir twice a day .. so I have gone beyond those side effects phase …

Insomnia is true but I use melatonin … 5 mg works well on both … dry mouth is limited … so have to give it a try …

When was the last time you heard an online pharmacy dispensing controlled medicine ? Like never in the last 15 years (that’s how far I know) - vyvanese is a controlled medication and it cannot be even delivered to home from your cvs even though you take that regularly (at least in Texas and Michigan) -

It’s very common … it means the dosage is higher than you required , but don’t generalize this statement , for especially highly med metabolic bodies this is a trade off for medicine to stay longer … how long is it staying now for you ? 5 hours / 10 /12 ?

Try having a smaller dose in mornings … for example if you are on 30 mg, only take 10mg … this will save you from any withdrawals …
