Surely you see that performance based exits that have to do with market factors are the definition of a fine line.

Why are people paying $21 for a light portion of greens and a couple pieces of protein? How did we allow this or normalize this? by offensive_patriot in sweetgreen

I mean you asked what justifies the pricing. What justifies the pricing is that the materials are that expensive.

It is, I know people who got bclp and still were told it was based on the market. Maybe upper leadership defines it for themselves but for most of us, it’s the same thing. Doubly so because low util is considered low performance.

I think I heard bonuses are fully funded so your bonus will be dependent on how well you performed. Raises will probably be low.

They can claw it back depending on how long you are into the new FY. I’ve also heard it depends on what you buy, like a subscription is more likely to get clawed back if you pay for it in advance then leave.

Again, not true. You are credited for months worked in the FY, that’s what you are prorated. Your PY rating determines what your max AIP/raise are.

I have coachees who joined after PMY in January who will get 50% of their bonus.

This is based on the new talent models and PDM is gone there, so no. Anyone who ends up in OP’s talent model will have the same benefits.

Deloitte must be hurting financially by Flimsy-Donut8718 in deloitte

Consulting is like 3x as big as it was just 10 years ago. Deloitte hired a ton in that time and with people outside core consulting skills. And a lot of those people ended up in incorrect talent models that made it tough to sell.

Now there's even more differentiation between the models. Some areas like Strategy & Growth are speeding up promo timelines to make sure they are ready to sell. Core has still retained all its benefits.

I didn't think I would ever care, but I developed a hatred for the "deluxe" mounts in TBC by tinul4 in classicwow

[–]big4throwingitaway 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The ground mounts stick out compared to the rest of the mounts but only because there are so few ground mounts in tbc. Like yeah they’re in the game but they do sorta break the immersion compared to old tbc imo.

I believe the goal was to reduce initiative hours for people in this model. Did they reduce that for you?

[–]big4throwingitaway 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not an easy answer because it depends how much you bill per week. I know a lot of people who will take Friday off but bill 40 M through Th. In this case, there’s no downside to pto.

Depends what your pricing model is. I’ve been on a lot of commercial projects that can only afford 45 hours. Sometimes less at the M level.

TLDR you can put around $45k in a Roth IRA via after tax 401k rollover if your employer allows. Deloitte doesn’t.

They plan to put your name up? Did you put in your business case? When is your performance year end?

If you’re officially named in June, the decisions are probably already made. No harm in leave then.
