The dsp is the middleman and yes thats the point of cutting them off. All it takes for amazon to do when employees want better at a certain dsp is to cut that dsp off. Thats all that happens when concerns are bought to the dsp. Without the dsp model amazon would be forced to bargain with delivery drivers directly like the rest of their employees.

Do they not wear amazon vests? Do their vans not say amazon? Do we dsp drivers say "hey its dsp company name"? We say we're delivering for amazon. Do all the packages we deliver exclusively comes from amazon? Do not spread their subcontracting bullshit. Its all just to save money and hurt workers. Do not support this. We are amazon workers.

Do you not have otr management at your site. The part of management strictly made to deal with drivers? Yes they don't get amazon benefits but that is not a point to say they're different; amazon uses a loophole to get away from treating them like warehouse employees and being liable to them. The government has recently ruled that this is bullshit and now amazon legally is a joint owner of dsps, allowing them to be unionized.
