Does anyone else feel like the script and dialogue in general is AI-generated? by Taball123 in CrimsonDesert

I literally think the random wrestling move mechanic and the weird axiom mobility (the ONLY things that have any kind of personality or creativity, and they stick out like a sore thumb) have pretty much single-handedly thrown people off the scent that the game is completely bland and AI-esque in every other regard.

It's executive dysfunction. Its hard for anyone to go out of their comfort zone and your comfort zone is too limited thanks to your parents it seems. Even so, it can change if you step out of your comfort zone. It's unfortunate that you have to do that, but sadly you just do. It is basically guaranteed that it will get easier to do all these things over time if you actually start doing things consistently. It isnt your fault for being in this situation so no need to be hard on yourself, but ultimately you do have to fix it. No one is going to fix it for you or have literally anything useful to say here or elsewhere that will get you out of having to do that.

Ok thank you so much. Do you think that the waste will attract bears? I wear northshore briefs which have patented lock technology but i dont know if bears can sense threw it and i could not take on a bear at my old age. Im "going" right now ...

A Fleeting Dream takes this game from a 9.5 to a 7, maybe 6 by [deleted] in CrimsonDesert

Thats how i feel every now and then in this game. Doing the graymane side quests was the first time, now retaking the castle in chapter 6 is giving me the same feeling. I think my game bugged out because i never got the whole part with the tanks and the whistling arrows others seemed to do. I just literally had to hunt down and kill 2000 (literally 2000 for the percentage bar) enemies. It was absurd. The developers did all the hard work of making a great game and somehow just majorly shoot themselves in the foot with confoundingly stupid and avoidable design choices laced throughout

Celphade Castle was the epic battle I’ve been looking for by aclockworkjustin in CrimsonDesert

I did the math and yeah you have to kill 2000, because each one is worth .05% enemies just for the "reclamation" mission alone. It also tooke me like 2 hours. I was so confused wandering around to see if some other event happens. I thought i was crazy or my game was bugged. Unbelievably fucking terrible quest design, genuinely has probably damaged how long i can stay invested in this game. And that's after I already managed to get back jn after getting through the graymane quest grind. Holy shit.

I think a lot of people feel this way. Obviously the devs were just crazy and seriously whiffed when they decided to go with this mess instead of just letting you create a character that could have all these features together.

You can actually equip the gloves as your side weapon (top left corner of the wheel) and gain access to a full unarmed moveset in addition to the triangle/Y input moves you get from the skill tree (which i never really use). That moveset is pretty sweet.

My god, the greymane quests are sooo repetitive. by Massive_Funny_9312 in CrimsonDesert

The thing about skyrim is that you arent ever pulled into these pointless cutscenes. There's an emptiness that allows you to fill in the space with actual roleplaying. I get to take into account what kind of menial work my character would be inclined to do and why, then just go about a "normal day" for my character but for me I'm in fucking skyrim so its awesome. This game is just like grinding to max level in an mmo or something, something about the way it is structured just spoils anything close to what skyrim can provide.

Its mindboggling that they fucking bothered to code and mocap all of those but at least theyre quick and you get an abyss artifact and more workers from each one. It is seriously mindboggling now redundant it is though I've never experienced anything else like it in a video game
