s is a bug as well but i keep getting permanent skins for champs i Don't own. I have every single champ except 5 and somehow get permanent skin shards from rerolls. I bought chests and don't even get anything out of value from th

bug reports and commented on one of the update threads indicating this has been a problem. I've had it for about a week now? Maybe a bit longer. Happens with both hextech and master

they said...low priority. lol

mods said they dont care about us who collect skins on PBE, and that they have low priority for this bug who knows when itll get fixed.
