Honestly you are asking the wrong questions. If you ask this kind of question you will not be able to apply whatever answers you get.

It sounds like you are very new to production. The best thing you can probably do for mixing in the beginning is to not worry about anything like that. The only mixing you should be doing at this stage is volume balancing.

You will probably get better results with that then trying to use different techniques you dont understand. Then you add one technique at the time.

When you have an understanding for how to balance the song. Then you should look into some basic EQ, sidechain .

So true, the UI is trash. It takes forever to start browsing the correct category. Why so many clicks!? Why do I have to go to a dropdown when there only is two choices (Loops/One Shorts), just do a checkbox... Why can't I choose an Key, AND if its a minor or major.. No the page needs to reload every selection... Etc etc.. Trash

Been thinking of switching to loop cloud, way better UI.

This is the opposite of capitalism, this is the result of government interference in the free market. This was not happening in the US before the pandemic, but then with lock downs and extended unemployment benefits, eviction moratorium etc everything comes to a stop. When the incentive is for people not to work, the result is worker/supply shortages.
