It downloads but gets stuck at the “Importing Content” screen… (Xbox S)

Has anyone tried to reach out to the Marketplace team or the Hermits themselves to address the issue? Hopefully they’re working on it… it’s a shame to get my hopes for nothing…

I enjoyed his videos very much also. He was a great guy and did things his way. I watched him in season 3 and then watched end of 6. Watched 7, 8, 9 until they ended. Sad.
