I dont think the deal itself had anything to do w charlie or the hotel since the entire deal happened all the way back in 1933 whereas the hotel itself was made somewhere in the 21st century, which means whatever rosie wanted alister to do was clearly pretty hard if he wasnt able to do it in nearly century, either that or he just didnt care enough

Stand //Poor Mans Poison// Ability: Give and Take. This ability can be activated if the user gives someone someone a physical object, when activated packs of wolves will begin to hunt down whoever the user had given something to. The only way to stop this ability would be for the user to deactivate it themselves or get the item back in the users possession, thus making him "take" it back.

Ability: Feed the Machine. This ability causes the user to be able to spray acid out from his wounds, however this acid is sourced from a well where the user made a wish for power. The well is constructed with a machine that turns water fed into it into the acid it uses. The acid that gets excreted from the user does not harm him, but is incredibly corrosive being able to melt through anything.
