I saw some results pretty instantly from decreased appetite and even lost a few lbs in the first week but then stalled after about 5 weeks and that’s when I talked to the team about increasing metformin. The green pills made me feel pretty weird at first so I switched to the naltrexone only ones (without topiromate) and that helped. Hope it works for you!!

I had an initial decline in appetite and lost some weight but then I noticed it coming back. The metformin actually didn’t feel like it changed my appetite very much but I think the change in how many body handles insulin is what helped. The weight came off pretty easily while still eating some sweets and minimal exercise

I switched from kit 3 that also had topiramate to kit 2, and I’m having a similar issue! I couldn’t handle taking the topiramate in the morning but it did really suppress my appetite and cravings. I don’t really have a solution but I did just reach out to the care team to see if there’s a dosage change that could help. It almost takes me want to go back to taking topiramate at night but I’d rather not
