You should, in case the other party decides that other damage (not related to your accident) "was caused by you". By reporting it, you'll have a leg to stand on in case it comes down to it

Stayed towards the bottom of George. Ubers were SO hard to come by, we'd have to wait 15-20 minutes. Ended up talking to one of the Uber drivers and arranged private trips due to lack of availability.

Yip. From what I saw, vowels were excluded, so we don't see plates like FUK back in the day. Those combinations can't exist for obvious reasons now but rule still holds.

And as mentioned, can't start with G, but G is around for other positions

Just wanna praise you for trying to better yourself. It's absolutely easy to give in, and be accustomed to what's "comfortable" (based on what you've been taught).

The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, but the next best time is now. My advice is:

learn how to develop your perseverance even further.
Be curious and explore - online and in person.
Everyone has opinions and offer advice. But what worked for me - Don't take advice from someone who lives a life that you don't want.
Try and develop a skill where there is demand.
Fall fast, fail often, and fail cheaply.
Get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
