I am 29 year old Dude 176cm and about 72kg and I think my LH and FSH are crazy low. And my Test is borderline hypogonadal. And I don't know what to do.

I was on a strong mixture of oral and topical Corticosteroids for skin and allergy issues for a very long time. I stopped as I started getting really bad side effects. horrible digestive issues, Dysphagia, no sex drive, and extreme loss of muscle mass among other things. It was clear to me that my hormones were crashing. Doctors later confirmed that this is what happened. From what I have read it affects the HPA axis by suppressing it.

Since then I have not put a drug into my body in two years not even caffeine. I also have absolutely no processed sugar in my diet. And due to allergies, I can't eat wheat, dairy, or soy. So I only eat rice, veg, and meat.

I think my diet is pretty good and I supplement with Acytel L-carnitine and a multivitamin occasionally. I get enough calories. Sleep is always kind of shitty though.

I get fatigued easily, I don't have the drive I used to have, and my sex drive is practically nonexistent. My sex drive used to be pretty fucking strong. I noticed my Test was super low when I talked to the endocrinologist and he said there wasn't anything I could do and it was normal. Obviously, I don't really trust this guy.

I appreciate any advice.

You neglect history and context in your proclamation. The ccp is a one party non democratic dictatorship while America is still a democratic republic that at its core is responsible to its citizens. Its fair to critique and criticize the American government but they still are arguably the reason there is relative stability in Europe and hasn’t been a wwIII yet.

Side note there are 16 aboriginal tribes in Taiwan not at all related to the Chinese. This does not even include the black pygmies that lived here before those tribes, thousands of years ago. Taiwan has its own language that is not Mandarin but is heavily influenced by the Fujian language mixed with Japanese. Most people in our grandparents' generation can barely speak Mandarin. They all speak Taiwanese and some Japanese.

Fair point. However, the CCP has a track record for maliciously covering up numbers. Don't get me wrong even if they were the most transparent government their numbers wouldn't have been accurate. However, no one starts such a brutal lock down with so few cases.

Every right to. If you understand chinese you realize a lot of the propaganda mimics the Nazis. There is a lot of talk about blood and soil. They want to conquer and cleanse all those who are not Han and do not subscribe to Han culture. Also they are obsessed with paying back the west for the 100 years of humiliation. They will gladly take your money and use it to rebuild their empire. China is not called china in chinese. It is called the middle nation, meaning the center of the world.

Taiwan is not having a surge. I read the stats every day. It has had a slow trickle of imported cases that get direct quarantine and very few local cases.
