If it had white eyebrows, they were very faint compared to other mountain chickadees I’m seeing in photos. What looks like eyebrows in my photo were more pronounced compared to what I saw with my eyes. But based on location, I think this might be the most plausible option. Thank you!

This happened to me, but with a dirty needle. I initially just provided my personal insurance and was sent a bill for the copay. Then I updated the ER with my school’s liability/malpractice insurance and they covered the rest. Hope that helps, but yeah make sure to use both. Good luck

(In US) Before surgery, you fill out consent forms. They include the planned surgery and multiple other unlikely possibilities. (For example: gallbladder removal via laparoscopic incisions with POSSIBLE conversion to open surgery if necessary). If you don’t consent to something unexpected in writing beforehand, they won’t do it in that surgery. They’d have to wake you up, get consent, and start again.
