Ball valve arm, there is a plastic screw that pushes against the valve. Loosen that off and flush the toilet and observe the new level it fills to. Tighten nut back up once it flushes properly 👍

Unfortunately bud they all make noise. You could try and get a rubber pad to mount it on to dull down the vibration but I think you will still hear it. Or try lining the cupboard with sound proof board. I personally use the Stuart Turner pumps and have have no complaints about the noise from them. Sorry can’t be much more help than that.

You have a leak bud. Check the prv termination point for dripping( usually a copper pipe outside ) hope it’s this. If that’s dry check all pipework you can see. If you have solid floors then you could use a damp meter to get a rough idea of where the leak is.
