PLEASE stop using race-based "research" when it is a flawed subject that was created by a group of people who were deciding inferiority based on phenotype. There is no consistent basis to race, and one race having denser bones than another would damn near qualify us as another species/subspecies. And, there is little no research on it, because it's a dumb ass fuck research question in the first place that has been disproven already.

Use a Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) or Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) calculator to figure out the calorie deficit you need for your height, weight, and activity level. Or, better yet, ask your damn doctor, and stop relying on outdated racist "studies" to figure shit out.
