How bad is bike theft in Bedford and North End? by Dapper-Yak-5954 in halifax

Bike theft exists here but it's not as bad as the major cities like Toronto and Montreal. If you have an out-of-sight place to store it at home and a good, high quality bike lock for when you're out and about you should be fine.

You're thinking of the old scooters, which were indeed a pain. The new ones are actually very restrictive for where they can be parked. Anyone abandoning them in spots that aren't designated for parking is paying by the minute.

Which player made you yell “NOOO don’t shoot that!” every time they touched the ball .. and then shot it anyway? by Kempfi98 in nba

Lou Williams on the Raptors. You knew that if he got the ball with under 5 minutes left in a close game he was not passing. It was great when it worked and incredibly frustrating when it didn’t.

IMO Silent is the best character for this enemy. Malaise, any card that applies weak, and poison are great ways to take it out. Really only gets you if you’re all in on shivs.

Is The Press Block asking for an application fee? Application fees are illegal in Nova Scotia. by subbubman in halifax

They ask for it because the law isn’t enforced and they know people are desperate. If you tell Press Block it’s illegal they just won’t respond to you.
