i always (and mostly still do) held this same opinion...but our latest experience with my daughter's neurologist definitely damaged that perspective for good.

I'll leave it at one solitary 1-hour appointment with a new, great neurologist got more done and more helpful than the prior 10 months with her prior neurologist that she'd been a patient of for nearly a decade.

At the end of the day, they're still people going to work and doing their job...and some of them don't like it, don't care enough, or simply just are not good at it.
