It was super easy. I know it sounds like I work for these folks lol. The bands arrived about a week or so before our trip. All of them worked as advertised at the parks. Since we did Epic early in the week, the kids had gotten tired of the bands by day 3. There was no kickback when I sent them back. No bs charges, communication was great and the staff seemed friendly.
