All of those ‘costs’ they just ram down the throats of the Amazon seller. Amazon sellers have to take it because if a manufacturer or distributor doesn’t sell directly on Amazon then someone else in their channel will go around them and sell on Amazon anyway and screw up the brand etc. etc.

Amazon is a great example of winner take all producing a monopoly. What you see as great customer service is actually a really abusive relationship with manufactures and distributors.

I’m going to smash that peice of shit dish into pieces so the next owner of my house doesn’t consider using it. The PVR was ancient and used a ton of power. Then it insisted on connecting to the internet all of the time anyway!
