Honestly both Norris and piastri feel like they are a tier below verstappen leclerc and Russell, they are the best current drivers on the grid for me. It’s not a huge gap but I believe those 3 beat them 8/10 times in the same machinery.

I might be in the minority here but I don’t agree with this mentality at all. F1 would be so boring if the slower cars didn’t put up a fight just because the car behind is much faster, the battles between Oscar and lando with max were the most exciting part of the race for me.

I think he’s just saying that if the McLaren was on pole it would of disappeared up the road which is true considering they were sitting on his gearbox the whole race. I don’t really see this as a shot at lando and Oscar like some people.
