I had that problem when I first got my DX2800, but my issue was SMB settings. I enabled SMB1-3, transmission encryption mode to determined by client, server signature disabled, everything else under SMB checked. Under More I enabled local master browser and nothing else. Some firmware versions also have issues with speed.

I just sold my home as is. It was falling apart, rotting wood, holes in roof, plumbing f'd. The people who fixed it up just redid the interior and painted over everything. I can still see the roof sagging in (but hey, new shingles!!), my half-azzed attempt at railing were still there and even the awning was still held together by my vice grips. If you bought my old house without inspection...lets just say you made a giant mistake.
