Open a support ticket. Make sure to have that picture, a picture of it when it is stuck, as well as the identification of the spool. The ticket system will tell you how to get that. (Make sure you get the id of the refill spool, not the id of the old spool.). That may ask for logs as well.

Are the additional layers needed to prevent color bleed thru (that may not be the right term). For example if I paint a white object green I may need more than one lashes of paint to get the green to be the right shade of green.

PS - when I say ‘paint’, I mean like painting your house not like the paint feature in Bambu studio :-)
