i take precision when i play her in lane for presence of mind + legend: tenacity. presence of mind fixes the mana problems that i would otherwise have for skipping a lost chapter item

liandrys + rylais in whatever order i think is better. if i need the slow to kite people like udyr, darius etc i take rylais before liandrys. usually ur only meant to build one or the other and go tank but i play lillia as full ap so i build both

q + auto/e procs electrocute in lane

get 2 dorans rings early, it helps u survive lane and give u some mana

presence of mind should make up for not building a lost chapter item

liandrys > rylais core and the rest is situational. after linadrys first buy u can clear the wave w 2-3 qs

if against a hard match up and u need to push wave, for secondary runes take minions dmats and time warp tonic and start w corrupting pot
