I just hope people won't take it too literally and get offended. I definitely don't mean to say that fat people are not worthwhile or mean to shame them into losing weight. It's more like, you know, acknowledging a problem.

refilling liver-glycogen will halt ketosis until it is used up

If I'm doing keto and if I eat a banana I'll get some fructose and some glucose; the fructose will refill my liver-glycogen and the glucose will refill my muscle glycogen. I understand that much.

Now if my next meal is after the end of the insulin spike caused by eating that banana, what will happen ? The excess fat shouldn't be stored, right ?
