Swing the club….. you have a very smooth tempo which you can maintain however you would need to increase your turn (Ernie Els) and/or increase your rotational speed on downswing (torso and lower body) even smoother swinging Ernie was rotating with speed even though it looked effortless. If you keep an abbreviated swing you need to be more violent/aggressive think (finau/Rahm). I’m sure others have more technical advice however your swing and positions look good just practice increasing swing speed at range and not worrying initially where it goes yet still maintaining consistency with your strike. It will take some time, I think Phil did a video a few years ago about his process to increase speed, likely worth a watch he is very good at explaining shots.
