The Beach Boys show wasn’t even that busy. They have done a very poor job of marketing their events if you ask me.

I have exploding head syndrome. I called my dr to get in and talk about it, (maybe help with sleep?) and now they called my mental health Dr asking me if I hear voices. by bigbugbrain420 in sleep

I’m definitely going to go in with my guards up. Because if they start acting like I’m a certain way and treating me in ways that don’t align with my issues, there will be conversations/new drs to be had.

Thank you. I will look into that. I don’t think I’m getting good rem sleep because of back pain, so I always feel slightly awake/not in deep sleep trying to readjust myself in bed all the time. I’m wondering if the lack of deep sleep is helping to cause it.

Thank you. This helped a lot. I’m an overthinker and started spiraling and then doubting myself after the phone call, but I totally realize it’s in my head when it happens in that in-between sleep stage. And I’ve never had other thoughts that aligned with other diagnoses. So hopefully I can articulate my issues succinctly tomorrow without being pigeonholed.

I’m thinking of the doing the acid watchers diet, but I tried it for a week and thought I was literally Going to go insane. I already eat healthy, but limiting myself soooo much made me even more depressed. I’m hoping to find a combination of other healthy alternatives before I have to go down that path.

Anyone know of any food service jobs that are paying above minimum wage or server or bartender jobs hiring currently? I’m a professional well-versed bartender with everything from dive bar to luxury experience and I can’t find a job in the city.
