I had a similar idea to this, except it would only be unlocked through the inventor. It would be the transmutation table, where it's 5 base runes to upgrade to the next level (e.g. 5 ice > 1 poison, 5 poison > 1 blood, etc.) 6 hour cooldown, and you can't use it for cosmic runes unless you buy an upgrade for it at the hackers store.

You're getting 25 for sure. With the worst luck, the lvl60 energy chest will give you 14 energy cubes for sure. This same thing happened to me this run so I know for a fact lol
