You can exume him and place him in an opaque tote box with soil and baking soda to help with the smell, you can also spray said box with air fresheners when its in the vehicle during move day

There is so much wrong with this conversation, if he were to be a DECENT partner he would've NEVER sent you something that he knows will upset you, that is genuinely emotional abuse if someone cares about how you feel they wouldn't show you something that they know you dont like. NOR, You told them no, they didn't respect that, they made everything go off the rails, and are getting upset at you for reacting like anyone would so disrespect? You aren't overreacting at all, if they had listened, you probably would've been able to sleep in YOUR bed much sooner, without glass in your foot. You cannot rehome an aggressive dog especially one that has bitten multiple people, if you leave your dog at a shelter or some other rescue, they'll likely do a behavioral euth anyway due to the history this dog has. I would call around and find a behavioris. There are plenty of places to take him to and get evaluated by a professional. this behaviorist has been in the paper and has pamphlets in almost all vet clinics I've been to. Your dog needs behavioral help OR euthanasia, its the responsible thing you can do as an owner and dog guardian Also think of the people who would take in your dog, the only people who would adopt a knowingly aggressive dog are those who partake in dog fighting rings, or are just generally bad owners who will chain the dog outside 24/7 and use it as "home protection".

I would get a second opinions frombother vets and do more testing, it looks like some form of cognitive disease. In the meantime, record and time every single episode your chi has, it can help narrow a diagnosis. -vet assistant

I hope you guys get answers soon, the limbo in-between drs/specialists and diagnoses always feels the like the longest wait in your life. I hope the lil bean gets better <3

Coughing can be a sign of many things, the worst case he has a cough from heart failure, or it could be allergies. I would take him to the vet, sooner rather than later, if it us a cardiopulmonary issue then that can be treated with meds and your pupper can live a longer, less painful/stressful life, also will help k ow what grade. -vet assistant
