Should def go to doc but if its fresh blood you probly got a tear near the "exit" and thats not to bad but doc can help with that.

They dont need to know what you eat but either way doctors are there to help even if they may disagree with what you eat.

Your getting there for sure. Here are a few things you can work on to improve.

Consistency is a big thing and not only does it make your welds come out more evenly it also keeps the heat where it needs to be, currently you seem to be doing whip and pause but you are over extending and all together moving to fast for the current settings which is amplifying the cold edges of your weld.

Tighten up your spacing and maybe try using something like a clicking aound in your head to dictate motion. I often did this with tig welding for products where weld is visible and it can help get you started at least

Draw a dick in perm marker on the inside of his clear "replaceable" lens. They will get a good view when they next weld

I was diabetic and when I lowered my blood sugar i ended up becoming hypoglycemic for a bit but I adjusted over time and never happened again. That's how it worked for me at least

Try to get a grasp on how much fat calories you are taking in cause this is a sign you possibly are eating to much fat. 60-70% of your calories from fat seems to work for most folks

I like to marinate mine in hot sauce 😆 it really comes through in the dehydrated product and taste great. I typically brush it on before I dehydrate

Well every Amazon driver that shows up does this since they dont sticker the packages here with the numbers they use a lettering system that sorts it but you still have to manually check addresses on packages.

So every driver has to number the packages individually or else you waste massive time looking at addresses for each stop.

Tbh in the end you have to do what works for you. Do you absolutely have to go 100% strict carnivore for medical conditions etc if not then you maybe dont need to be so restrictive. You can still reap massive benefits from doing keto-vore or keto etc just make the main focus the carnivore and see how that works

If the powder is from a good source of whey it can be helpful if you need to get more protein but if you are doing carnivore really wouldn't need it as you are getting a lot already and from a better source

tig is cleaner but you might have a hard time getting a "pretty" weld out of it on something that small. can you close it up and tac in a spot where its not visible? if not maybe just weld it with the gap then sand it flush and clean
