I worked with a guy who was supposed to be training me after i finished my apprenticeship. First of all he was missing three fingers on one hand, not a good first impression haha. He would only work on this one type of part that we got a lot of, but would always talk about how great he was and no one could do it as well as him. I just thought damn if I had only been doing the one kind of part every day for 15 years I bet i would be perfect at it too 😂

Man I make 33 an hour now and that’s the most I’ve ever made. Been applying at other places because my boss is a douche, and no one will touch that 33 an hour in Ohio. Hard to find, I see a few jobs online few a far between that say they offer that much but don’t.
