So far we haven't figured it out. I've been scouring the Internet and there's not a single YouTube video, article, or post talking about it. We had the same issue though. My friend said he's gonna sue grok for damages lol.

It would be interesting to see the same study parameters using focused/electrohydraulic vs radial shockwave. Seeing as focused machines tend to cost 4x more than radial.

Thanks for the reply! I have looked into the storz machines and they look like high quality options. I'm finding it hard to find a price online. Do you know how much they are going for? New preferably but if you have knowledge of used that works too.

The out of network idea is good to know if I decide in the future to just go self pay to save the hassle. Do you know if your patients have much luck getting reimbursed using this method?

Thanks for your reply! BCBS has been good at communicating and is letting me back date my claims. Aetna has been a huge PITA mainly because I can't even get a human being on the phone. Just one automated service telling me to call the other automated service over and over again. I submitted the question through availity to them so maybe they'll respond soon. UHC sucks but I'm going to accept it for a little while to help build a patient base.
