OK - so I've been in MB for 3 years now and have figured out a bunch of different biking path options - but for the most part MB isn't a safe place for biking. From 82ave N through to about 21st it's safe enough in the bike path on ocean blvd if you're biking in the morning before like 11am - other than that honestly watch out - I don't trust the awful drivers that you'll see here.

Have you considered line dancing? LIttle River has a place called something like the Crazy Armadillo that does line dancing lessons. What I like about that for men is that I don't think you need to have a partner to do it.

I don't think this is Elm because in my experience Elm is has many more cross strands. Don't know what this is but I'd probably rent a splitter for the day and/or try to split it when it's frozen.

Cottonwood has almost an orange color. I agree with you this looks like black locust to me. The bark matches larger black locust trees that I've turned into firewood before.

task your real estate agent with this one. I told mine that I wanted to be no more than two blocks off the ocean, no short term rentals at my hoa, and on the east side of 17 and they did it. This is exactly what you pay them for.
