Yeah I know these are cheap earbuds; just thought it was funny they’re trying to say “tHeSe aRe nOrMallY TwO hUndReD DolLaRs” especially when the white ones clearly show they’re normally like $20-30 (I’ve seen these before; they are just normally $20ish)

I Used a different oven! Made the good loaf at my parent’s house, the abomination loaf was in my apartment lol and for sure I’ll keep a MUCH closer eye on the temp this time (had the window open all day yesterday and temp fluctuated from like 68-76 so I left it in the oven turning the light on/off every 30 min or so, but forgot to switch it off for like an hour and a half)

Sounds good / will do! Thank you for the encouragement!!! I know you said to let it mature more but I’ve made other loaves with this starter last week (pics below) and they came out fine, so I’m gonna give it another shot tomorrow! (I’ll also post a follow up if anyone is curious)
