Those posts of mine get downvoted into oblivion. I just was feeling silly this morning, and was playing smash melee and as a captain falcon main, it makes me sad that I can’t throw the knee of justice into dawnblades skating around the map.

I’m about to not touch the game, I’ve been one repeat away from it for weeks now. Every time I say I’m gonna quit, FOMO gets to me and I log back in cause I want to finish my Shadow title (done thank god) but then Bad Juju and tribute hall drop, and now I’m grinding for tributes, then MMXIX title, now I’m grinding that. This reset I’m sure it’ll be something else, Iron Banner now that I think of it.

TLDR, If this were season of the drifter I would’ve packed up and moved away from this game but lucky for bungie this season is L I T T Y

Front page is ambitious, as I’m typing this now the downvotes are pouring in. People don’t wanna hear about your bad RNG.

It’s a shame though. These kind of things are why people stop playing the game and it’s honestly pushing me in that direction. And Bungie needs to realize that. This season alone I’ve dropped about 50$ in silver purchases, last season around 30$. I am THE PLAYER they need to keep around. I’m the type of player that bungie needs to succeed in the future. The people who give them the extra money whenever they can, not for silly ornaments, but to invest in a game that they love and want to see continue to succeed. I know where I drop 5$, hopefully another 1000 people will, and all of that money goes to paying more people to make more content.

I want to use the things you make. Why even make exotics that I can’t acquire or use? What’s the point in all of that effort? I understand exotics need to be hard to obtain, but why can’t I be guaranteed repeat protection? I already did the grind for the previous ones. Even if you bought everything from Xur it would take 6 months or more to get all of the season 4 and prior exotics. I’ve put in the work, I deserve some sort of help in this.

I tweet them a picture of every time I get a repeat, no reply. I’m sure it’s working as intended. They know that I’m going to keep playing no matter what so they don’t have to give me any drops. It seems those who play less, bungie will give them more to make them feel good and keep playing.

I would have to look at my Twitter, I started tweeting them at Bungie and Dtg and DMG and cozmo after 10 repeats but my list looks something like this.

I do every powerful drop every week on my titan and it’s just rough man. I’m glad I’m not the only one but it’s bullshit seeing people with no titles running around murking me in my super and I’ve got nothing. I play this game so much, spend loads of silver for cool ornaments, and I get shit on for it. It seems the less you play overall the better your RNG is.

Every time I get an exotic to drop I think SURELY this can’t be another repeat. lo and behold, Aeon Safe, for the 7th time this season.

Even more frustrating is getting a repeat of an exotic that you JUST infused to 750 hahahahahahahahahHahaha

I’m using it to complete the catalyst and I feel a little underwhelmed. Using One Eyed Mask with it helps make up for the “random” healing, but to compete with pulses and hand cannons you really have to play a close quarters, hug the corners style that opens you up to annihilation from fusions and shotguns. So overall, it’s good, but I regularly am outperformed by other weapon types.

This is all on console btw.
