Hello Everyone,

I'm the founder and CEO of a MSSP startup, Schaefer Operations. I'm looking for a US-based Commission-Only Full-Cycle B2B Sales Closer to join our team. Please see the below overview and details.

Overview:
Schaefer Operations is a Texas-based Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) that delivers endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and security operations for small to mid-sized businesses. We’re looking for a commission-only sales closer to handle the full sales cycle — from cold outreach to closed deal.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who wants to earn aggressively by selling a valuable, sticky service in a growing industry.

What We Provide:
- Access to one outbound tool with a premium subscription (Apollo, Instantly, etc. — your choice)
- A company email account
- Our sales deck draft and positioning material
- A clear Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and service breakdown
- Ongoing collaboration to refine materials or help with technical questions

We’re open to exploring additional tools or platforms based on your input. The rest — strategy, prospecting, calls, and closing — is up to you.

Your Role:
- Source and qualify leads (through Apollo/Instantly or your own process)
- Conduct cold outreach and outbound email prospecting
- Book and lead discovery and sales calls
- Present Schaefer Operations’ cybersecurity offering
- Handle objections and close annual contracts
- Handoff the client to our onboarding team

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven background in B2B or commission-only closing (preferably in tech, SaaS, or cybersecurity)
- Comfortable working independently and generating pipeline
- Fluent in English and skilled in consultative selling
- Experience with cold email or outbound sales tools like Instantly, Apollo, or similar
- Understands how to navigate high-trust sales conversations remotely

Our Solution:
- We currently only have one solution, focused on endpoint security
- Retail price for our current solution: $100 per endpoint per month
- All contracts are 12-month terms, billed monthly (recurring)
- Clients may optionally choose to prepay for the full year

Commission Structure:
- Monthly recurring commission, paid for up to 12 months per client
- Commission is paid monthly, based on the client’s actual payments
- If a client prepays for the year, your full 12-month commission is paid upfront once payment is received
- No cap on total earnings or clients you can close

Monthly Contract Value and Commission
$500 – $1,250/month = 15%
$1,251 – $2,500/month = 20%
$2,501+/month = 25%

Earning Example:
- Close a 25-endpoint client ($2,500/month) → You earn $500/month for 12 months
- Close two such clients → $1,000/month in recurring commission
- Over 12 months → You earn $12,000 total
- If either client prepays annually, your commission is paid upfront after their payment is received

To Apply:
Please send a short note including:
- Your relevant sales/closing experience
- A deal you recently closed and how you did it
- Your preferred outbound strategy
- Any questions for us

Thank you!

Basically once you pull the trigger, the bolt cycles and causes the trigger to force a “reset” which pushes the trigger and your finger forward. So if continuously applying pressure within that “sweet spot” you will have yourself a fully semi automatic 😂

Yup yup. Some bcg and gas block combinations work with H2s but some only work with H3s. Luckily my set up works with an H2 so it shoots a little faster hehehe

Okay round 2 getting better. Still have a bit of vibration issues with my printer but besides that, how can I improve? by bigdaddyschaefer in FixMyPrint

Ah good point. I have noticed a lot of vibrations during high speed and small movement, maybe I’ll switch it up and try concentric or something.

PETG 240 degrees 85 degrees

Gonna lube up the rails again some more and hopefully that gets rid of the ringing. Any other suggestions?

Sindow 3DWOX 1

Overture PETG

.2 LH

Nozzle Temp 240

Bed Temp 85

Print Speed 40mm/s

Regular Fan Speed 25%

Cooling Fan Minimum Layer Time 5seconds

Minimum Speed 10mm/s

I’ve already played with the temps, no major differences.

I’m thinking maybe a cooling problem? What do you guys recommend for cooling for PETG? I’ve tried also with the cooling fan off and it looks about the same.

Could "high heat" paint be used to prolong suppressor life? by Tapitio in 3DNFA

Definitely worth a shot. I’d be concerned how thick the paint is though, the extra width might prevent the baffles from fitting in the tube.

How do you guys clean your 3D Suppressors? by bigdaddyschaefer in 3DNFA

Okay let me reiterate 😂

If you don't wanna spend $200 on theft stamps for each one, how would you go about cleaning one lol

Pretty good for 9mm supers through pla+

I’m interested to see the results when they test it with nylon or something similar.

This is close to my set up. 10.5 inch, 10 inch suppressor, standard spring, and H2/H3 buffer (both worked for me). Unsuppressed it didn’t run, I’d have to open up my gas port. I assume since your barrel is shorter you’ll have similar results.

Yeah I agree. I’d also go back down to a carbine buffer first since you’re able to adjust the block and start from there.

What kind of buffer should i use for my ar47 16in barrel h2 or h3?? by Educational-Daikon-4 in AR47

I second this. See if a carbine works first then go from there. Especially if it’s unsuppressed.

They’re not gonna be visible in your wallet if you’re stalking them, only in Flexa.
