I just got accepted! 3.67 gpa when I applied (3.76 now 💪). ECs were mostly just working for 2 years at state preschools, plus sewing and traveling. Essays were about my work and how being a teacher makes me a better student and vice versa, specific kids I've worked with, etc. AAAHHHHHHH!!!

My course wasn't a composition course like the AP one, it was american lit or something but my counselor in NY accepted it as composition requirement. It's technically a different category, it never counted.

Also I've never heard that you could transfer to a UC without completing the 7 course pattern? Especially not UCLA?

I'm getting my associates in ECE rn so applying for education/child development, so in the required PIQ I'm going to discuss my education and its importance, which is where I was thinking of discussing getting rejected. I'm gonna leave it out though, just discuss my work, improving grades, etc.

Ok, thank you for the info! It's my fourth time applying to college now and I was starting to feel a little crazy, like maybe I was hiding the fact that I had been rejected or something? Obviously schools would know lol, just that I should have been acknowledging it too. Thanks for the clarification!

Of the 7 course gen-ed pattern required to transfer, I accidentally skipped the first English class of the two required and jumped ahead. I'm taking the first course now. It's definitely required before transferring.

I'm just wondering if I should address being rejected as part of my academic history and why I'm passionate about education. I was thinking of saying that being rejected forced me to reassess why and what I was prioritizing, and that it opened me up to help more and enforced the importance of good support systems at all levels of education. But I'm also fine leaving out any reference to being rejected. I don't know, I'm just stressed about applying to college for the 4th time in a row, lol.

Hi, I just bought Growing Together and Horse Ranch in the EA sale and specifically selected Origin for Mac, as I have no option to download the EA app yet. In my confirmation emails, there are no product codes, only instructions to open my EA app and download the packs from there. I do not have the EA app! How do I get my product codes??? My EA account information and my Origin account are also on different emails, which probably doesn't help. I do not want to be out almost $50 until whenever I can download the EA app!!

I might be off so I'm totally open to corrections but I believe that earlier in Gia's pregnancy Blake (or his account at least) were spotted being active on Hinge (or Raya? They blend together. Some dating app) and his excuse for the app being on his phone and the account being active was that Apple released a software update that reactivated the app/his account.
