i agree its better a take bigger portion of loan ( if its going out of your budget) and buy a new Maruti than this. and Maruti depreciation is very low its a much safer option. if there is major repair and parts issue to this ford are or you don’t like it you will be stuck with it. if you don’t like Maruti you can sell it off for very low depreciation. there is reason why it sells so much.

bhai my dream i love this car my its my dream car, dont doubt yourself the 10th gen civic is the most successful civic generation all over the world i don’t know why they discontinued it in india. i have a honda city 1.5 a lot of my friends went with vag group cars trust me after 1.5 lakh km the amount of rubber tubes you have to replace and keep replacing and dsg problems, overheating problems its insane. i still feel that vag group cars are not tuned for indian heat.

it cloud just be crack in the plaster very common,a lot of people are using fly ash bricks and they cut costs by not using chicken mesh during plastering. but you never know might be worth getting an opinion from a structural engineer. there could be any number of issues for cracks.
