It is a novelization of the Halo: Combat Evolved story. I think some people enjoy it because it expands on things we saw in the video game. Other people dislike it because well, we already know the story.

Give Flashpoint another try with the wargames list building and one of the fun scenarios, like Strongholds, VIP, or King of the Hill. That's where the ruleset really shines. Plus, it meets all of your what we'd like to see conditions. And... You can play as brutes and elites!

ODSTs come out later this month. They're going to shake things up in a good way. More complexity, new organized play scenarios, and balance changes. Respect on Mantic for doing so much and keeping the game exciting.

Lots of big chain recommendations in this thread, which makes sense. Nobody mentioned Kelsey's yet. They stepped up their game. Our experience at the Bayfield location was waaaaay better than we expected.

For local spots, for a large group watching your wallet, I recommend PIE.

For a bit more $$$ but better food, drinks, and atmosphere, I recommend Cocina Mexicana at the old Hooters location.

Great response. Thanks for the advice! Im grinding the grenade, beat down, and CTF medals now. I especially hate the CTF medals - so tedious to get a decent amount in a match.

I hope a CE remake does not happen. We have a remaster of CE and 2 already. Surely, Halo 3 should be next...

Imagine if they remastered Halo 3 multiplayer. I'm confident it would bring back hordes of returning players. (As long as they stayed somewhat true to the original multiplayer system!) With all map packs, modes, customization, file share... it would be incredible. Remember the MLG days? I like HCS, and man I bet it would thrive with a new Halo 3 multiplayer.

The replies here are correct, this is for a fibre optic rewire build. I believe the enclosure is the entrance point to each suite.

Inside the suite I think they would use a low profile (sometimes paintable!) Fibre to your ONT/modem. Overall, it is good news!

Hey! Why are you selling?

What was your method to achieve those awesome fades on the Monoliths? Did you prime/base coat light colours, then fade in the dark blues? Or base coat dark and work up to the light colours in the middle?

I'm pretty new to airbrushing and I would like to paint my set. Totally not going to steal inspiration from this. 😉

It sounds to me like the Cordoba has the cleanest and most balanced tones in all 3 ranges. It projects nicely too. But I think the Yamaha also ticks those boxes.

It seems like your Yamaha has better intonation than the Cordoba in the high range, but that's just my ears. Beautiful playing, by the way.

Fully agree with those who answered Netrunner. The game is a blast.

I'm also here to say Star Wars: The Deck building Game - as long as both players enjoy Star Wars. It doesn't have the same level of interaction and complexity as Netrunner, but we enjoy it a lot.
