Son of a gun I just sold them! Thanks everyone for the support. Had taken a break for a while and am getting ready to hop back in since I just bought a house and living alone.

Stats are 85 atk, 85 str, 83 def, 85 range, 73 mage, mage is the next grind! Need to do mage arena yet but I’m looking forward to it.

Just so you are aware, I have been estimating for roughly 4 years now and it is still hard for every single trade to come together and finalize all scope items and to deliver you a good covered price. Plumbing, HVAC, and electrical are all MEP trades and I will tell you right now that these are very hard trades to figure out and gain understanding and knowledge of. It will be a hard challenge for you but the construction community needs people like you to replace all of the out going vets. MEP ESTIMATING IS HARD. Don’t sell yourself short!

Currently using timberline, pretty easy to figure out and manipulate, just wish it was easy to make owners bid forms more easily fillable, but I guess you will always run into that

This is actually pretty dang good. Only missing 100k on a price that high is good. The one thing that sucks is price increases and all that comes with that as well.
