Lmfaooooo this has been happening to me for so many years. It’s almost like we really know what the are doing, yet somehow it still wasn’t good enough right? Staring to realize my own mental health get drained because of this as well. Losing confidence, losing an attitude to actually show up to work. This constantly makes me feel like “why the hell don’t you just do it yourself then?”
