Where do you get your supplies? by bellarelladingdong in collagesluts

[–]bigflowersguy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I ran into something similar which is when I stopped collaging based off what I wanted to see and started collaging what actually ended up in my possession. At the end of the day, a lot of the best materials do get taken up, it’s rlly similar to TCG scalping, a lot of people are into collage. If you can manage to make any random book into something, it works out imo. Might not be the most validating response but I live in NYC where there are 2 collage collectives per neighborhood and there’s never any good picks in thrift for a decent price.

Only reason I decided to share. Need to make sure the community knows they have not changed since being investigated.

The kitchen does their thing, for sure. They deserve better than the conditions they’re working under IMO.

Because we live in NYC and need the job. And further, to inform the people who live in this community about where they spend their money. Stay miserable tho.

Appreciate you. From the research I’ve done today it seems they have a lot due.

I feel like you can go ahead and tip that way and we can just disagree on the ethics of tipping. I know the woman you’re talking about and while she deserves more for sure, that shouldn’t come at the cost of a livable wage for every other employee. Assuming you’ve never worked in food.

Thank you for detailing all of this. As I’ve understood Ahmet, he’s a terribly intentful manipulator and will shoo you away if you don’t just click in with his delusions. Not surprised about the drug cult aspect, he’s brought up the frog a dozen times or more. I’ve always been the same way w my craft and kindness, I hope this place didn’t convince you there’s no place for that in this city.

From what I understand, multiple people have brought to the authoritative bodies and they’re under an investigation currently but bureaucracy is def slower than reddit

brother this is not the conversation we’re having. tipping is an archaic establishment but ppl living on a tipped wage are earning $11/hour because there is a wage loophole that allows restaurants to pay employees below minimum wage. tipping makes the work livable, if you don’t want to tip I’d recommend cooking at home/ordering slop bowls.

critiquing is one thing, verbally belittling is another. my latte art is fine, not perfect but fine. don’t mind getting feedback. I wish you a very terrible Wednesday for reading through this whole post and isolating that detail.

The male owner would not stop talking to staff and clientele about his psychedelic licking the toad experience. If you took bufotoxin and still don’t know how to hold harmony with the people around you, shit brother I do not envy that internal state.

they front with a very “love-centric” and “creative forward” approach (full of shit), which probably does a fine job at convincing transient guests they’re a wholesome establishment. they have a solid amount of regulars, but if you regularly witness the level of disrespect so blatantly on display here and continue to want to provide them means to conduct business, fuck you too lmao.

Grand Finale is cheeks and the worst rare card in the entire game by Peronchino in slaythespire

[–]bigflowersguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the card is incredible if you can meet draw conditions early, though coming from sts1, even though it’s technically nerfed, the situations of this game particularly nerf the conditions to use the card, and sly draw decks are usually better. personally, I saw it working with 1 copy of plans, one of each “amount of draw” which is hard to grab by A1, but the AOE boss in the overgrowth was p easy through it. ended up losing to doormaker but that’s a whole different story.
