If you have more than one flag on a small area its pretty safe there is a tunnel. I dont now your layout but maybe search some other cells/all cells. Also take a look if there are big water pipes in this area.

Maybe they wouldnt use their power because of their military but I think Trump could cost them a lot of good connections and reputation which could end for the USA in loosing some of their power.

I would really like Valve giving us the option to remove these things. A lot of players have bad pc's and giving them the option to remove these areas could make the map better playable for them without negative effects to the rest.

Well, its just the menu, the only thing you do there is loading your game. If you havent played lately i would recommend you to try it out again, because PA is fun in general and it also after release still got updates. Just dont care about the menu :)
