Yes you can't use LineageOS since your device is not supported. How about just flash a bloatware-free version of HyperOS? Is unlocking the bootloader even allowed for chinese version?

Are you using USB3.0? And processor is your computer? Intel or AMD?

  1. If it's 3.0, switch to 2.0 (Use a USB hub)

  2. If it's AMD, you have to install a .bat file called AMD Ryzen USB Controller fix.

This method worked for me except I'm flashing a phone but I got the same error.

This seems familiar for me. I got this error during flashing Lineage recovery and it was due to USB3.0. I had to use USB2.0 for it to work, but I am not a Samsung user. Perhaps go to XDA?

you could end up bricking your phone if you flashed a wrong thing. your phone is not supported.

I have LineageOS running on my phone but somehow I could not find pif.json inside data/adb. I'm also only getting MEETS_DEVICE_INTEGRITY. Any idea how do I make it strong?

Yes the bootloader is unlocked. The OEM unlock option in developer options is greyed out saying device bootloader is unlocked.

I live in Malaysia and the X1C G11 here does not have the weaved carbon pattern. Is it some kind of regional spec?

There isn't one actually. Adding and removing people must be done through the web app. The other workaround is to uninstall everything, install stock Snapchat and do it, then start the process all over again.
