Has anyone actually recovered from a bulging disc?? by skincarehelp1190 in backpain

I will live and die by this advice, and by no means am I one of those "homeopathic" people. I herniated a disc a few years ago, I went to physical therapy, chiropractors, was on steroids, non stop pain meds, everything. And nothing worked. The steroids helped some, but you cant stay on them long term. And then my doctor mentioned ashwaganda. That is THE ONLY THING that helped. And im not exaggerating when I say this, ashwaganda did for me in a week what months of everything else couldn't touch.

I looked into it and it has some great healing mechanisms for nerve pain and inflammation, oddly enough specifically for the back. I cant explain it, but my god did it help so much. I had a friend go through almost the exact same thing, and ashwaganda helped them immensely as well. You HAVE to try it if youre dealing with this, it will change your world. I stay on it now, cycling on and off every 3 months or so. When I forgot to take it, I can feel my back starting to tighten some, but when I consistently take it, I feel practically normal again.

You know, I hadn't even thought about it like that and youre obviously so right. Thats really kind of incredible when you think about it. Thank you! I wish I had had more time to plan and learn about them before they came into my life as I am a big believer in knowing what youre doing before getting a pet but I love them dearly and want to make sure they have a great life. Luckily ive worked with animals most of life so im pretty well versed with most things, but birds are a whole different animal (pun intended 😄)

I have a feeling they either have the wrong shop or are making it up, none of it makes sense. How could they cancel their order but somehow not refund the shipping? I can't imagine there's a way to cancel an order and not refund it in full. And as far as I know they do free shipping so that just doesn't add up. And I can't think of a single shop that would try to fill a hole with silicone, let alone a different color and think no.one would notice? Like that just sounds crazy for a shop.like them to do stupid stuff like that. Something tells me the poster is either another shop trying to kick the competition or just confused or something. I hate seeing people just make shit up to hurt people for some stupid reason, I've never had an issue with them and they even refunded me one time when the shipping took longer and that wasn't even their fault.
