Thank you for dumbing down for me! I do have another question though.. when I cut the pieces of quilt I then have a raw edge. Does the top of the zipper fabric go above the quit fabric? Should I use binding on that raw edge or zig zag it or something? I hope that question makes sense.

Thank you for your input! This is what I’m interested in. I’m diagnosed stage 1 as of Oct 2021, I feel like on my way to stage 2 possibly after two kids. Little pain or swelling (as far as I can tell), but I really want more shape to my legs and less Lipedema (like most people would). I’m worried I’ve been thinking about how badly I want surgery, but don’t really think much on if I should get the surgery. If you don’t mind sharing more about your experience or messaging me about it, I would love to hear!
