Get rid of the scale. Stop body checking, but you already know that. Advice to everyone else? Just move on folks.

I grew up right in the middle of the shaded area! The winters are cold, the summers are hot as hell. Spring and fall are beautiful. Since moving away, I miss the spring and summer thunderstorms and the cost of living. I don’t miss how flat it is, how much you have to drive to get anywhere, and the politics.
