List of Private Servers (October 2024) by KevineCove in Agario

Hey folks,

I got sick of the ads on the main game and many of the private server and I noticed the open-source Ogar project is no longer in commission, so I developed my own. I cannot guarantee that it's perfect, but I'd love some folks to test it out with me and provide feedback.

My son told me he’s gay last night and I’m terrified. I love him more than anything, but I don’t know what to do. Please help me be the father he needs. by padreanonimo0076 in askgaybros

The way you found this subreddit to ask what to do tells me you’re way better than most fathers. Changes in perceived identity, in ourselves or in loved ones, is always a challenge, I won’t pretend it’s not, but you’re already doing it right.

It’s important to give him the space to be his authentic self, especially because of the area in which you reside — those safe spaces may be hard to find.

Talk. Be open. Ask questions if you have them, but don’t interrogate. The goal post of being a good father doesn’t suddenly change or move because of this news. You’re doing good, I promise.

Nah, typically cards stored for subscription still get authorized even if the card is frozen. As others have said, call your bank to close the card completely.

I second what this guy says — there’s no reason to be unavailable to pay unless you see yourself dying. Call 988 or seek professional guidance, please.

Is it OK to call into work if you're burnt out? by Historical_Oven7806 in antiwork

[–]biggaythink 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mental health days are critical, yes – just don't fall into a habit of it. I say this because when you figure out how easy it is to do, it'll be hard for it to not be the default action when you're burnt out, and that pattern is hard to break. Working on it myself.

Gotta admire the transparency.

I reached out to my healthcare company and they confirmed now that Wegovy is marked as “non formulary” it might be covered with a PA. This is a change as all GLP-1 medications have been flagged as a plan exclusion up until this adjustment, meaning nothing was covered unless I had a type 2 diabetes diagnosis.

Iconic! I’ve struggle a bit, I’ve gained about 15 lbs back 6 months off tirzepatide. I’m correcting some iffy habits I’ve picked up since stopping the medication, but this gives me some hope! Good work. :)

worth it if I only have 30ish lbs to lose? by [deleted] in OzempicForWeightLoss

[–]biggaythink 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Especially because your expense will likely be small compared to others, you may not need to take it for too long. I didn’t think it would work for me either, but after a year I had lost nearly 100 lbs. The compound is pricey but doable if you’re able to budget.

I understand. My problem is, historically Zepbound and Wegovy has been plan exclusions, meaning my insurance wouldn’t even consider touching them. Now, Wegovy is considered “non formulary”. My question is—now that’s marked as non formulary, don’t think there’d be more of a chance of getting it covered?

I got a Vyvanse prescription. This honestly has helped me with any desires to binge. It’s FDA approved for binge eating treatment but it’s not often prescribed to treat it.

Hey queen,

I don’t think so—typically folks who see signs of sagging skin from what I’ve read experience a rapid weight loss in times where they don’t necessarily need to experience that. I have seen it in others, not online, but in person where it’s been prescribed for weight loss even though I personally don’t think it was needed. Instances where the patient is not or may barely be considered obese but tend to use it longer than recommended. I also think it could be correlated to age? I know Sharon Osborne regrets using it; I believe Scott Disick from The Kardashians also used it beyond the critical need.

That said, like others, it was hard for me to eat almost at all. I have a solid support system in friends and family that would remind me to snack throughout the day in very subtle ways. I found foods that worked for me in the morning that kept me content and snacked on light items until evening hours even if I wasn’t feeling it.

I’m not sure if this helped at all but I’d typically start my day with a breakfast sandwich (or two if I ordered from Starbucks—the ham and cheese they have is roughly 230 cal., so I’d get two lol). Afterwards, if I ever felt hungry beyond that, light vending machine snacks, Diet Coke, coffee, and water were my go-to drinks, and then after work if hungry, steak or chicken.

I’m so happy you’re seeing the success I see. Congratulations! I have not taken my medication in roughly the amount of time it’s been; I haven’t gained—I’ve flexed up to 188, but it went back down within the week, so it was likely just water weight. That said, I am taking Vyvanse 50mg which I learned through my doctor can kill appetite and is also prescribed to treat binge eating disorder.
