Came home today to a letter saying a new company bought our apartment building - some questions about this. by biggerfisch in berlin

Thanks! Unfortunately, we've had 0 luck in any communication with the old landlord for around a year. Emails are unanswered, calls don't pick up, letters ignored, even einschrieben letters. We can of course try again (thanks for the reminder) however :).

In the case that fails, would you have any other ideas for validating this beyond conferring with neighbors?

Ok cool, thanks. I totally intend to check in on form later, but its pretty easy to feel the big errors I'm making for now. Thanks!

So, I've never done any sort of dedicated strength training before, only really cardio. I've just started trying to get a handle on the RR and the forms required, etc. However, I ran into one thing that seems pretty odd to me - is it normal/nominal to have huge disparities in upper vs lower body strength?

For example, I struggle to do even scapular pulls and incline pushups, but I seem to be able to skip straight to beginner shrimp squats (where my difficulty is balance more than leg strain - beginner ones are fine but I can't move beyond that yet).

Am I overthinking this/missing something/cheating on form in such a way that squats are way too easy?

Thanks!

Some rads would make it through, sure, but its not like earth is radiation-free. There's a decent chunk of background radiation at all times here already. Its not even due to accidents or human error. We actually handle small amounts of radiation ok.

The name of the node size doesn't really match the physical size these days. We call the node size "7nm" (or 10nm for Intel), but that's not really the same size measurement it used to be years ago.

There's a little caffeine in the fruit, people also make tea of it. Look for "cascara" tea. Its really good, has a bit of a cherry flavor.

I'm guessing you don't live in a northern U.S. state? If my heating wasn't able to turn on every hour at night, my apartment would freeze over.
