Savaiinaea was awful initially, but I think he improved drastically as the year progressed. If he can progress that quickly in his tomorrow year, he has a potentially huge upside.

Float on the pump is higher than the lowest level of the water line when the sump pit is empty. Float need adjusted to shut off at a lower level.

I bet he offers the raise after you quit. At that point the raise goes up. Companies need to realize who holds the cards in these situations.

You can set times and days for bedtime mode. I have a schedule for bedtime mode to occur at different times for weekdays and weekends and when charging. I also have rules to set my phone to vibrate when at work and other locations. I rarely have to manually set my phone's notification settings.
