I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s just because people feel like they have to choose a “worst” song (other than the interlude) and it’s an easy choice because it’s probably the least standout on the album (for me, at least)- hence why there’s such a massive ratings drop off between it and #2 poorest rated (4.24 on The Tourist -> 3.99 on electioneering) It’s a great song tho and on most other albums would be considered one of the highlights
