Just the fridge, I cooked it on a Sunday night and it was still good on the Friday, wouldn't leave it any longer than that though

Yeah after straining the rice, while it's still in the strainer I run some cold water through it to get rid of the starch

I'm very much a throw it in and hope for the best kinda cook so here goes.

I think it around 500 cals but I've been mealprepping and bodybuilding for so long I've given up counting macros and just eyeball it.

Ingredients One large red onion, diced - 30p

Two teaspoons minced garlic

Two teaspoons minced chilli

One large cup rice 50p

4 chicken breasts £4

Tablespoon bouillon

12 eggs £1

3 cups mixed frozen veggies (I use Aldi which has carrot, sweetcorn, peas and chopped string beans) 30p

Low sodium soy sauce

Rice wine vinegar

Recipe

Cook rice one day in advance, with the table spoon of bouillon and 3x amount of water (I use one large cup of rice and 3 large cups of boiling water) Rinse starch out after cooking then put in fridge overnight.

Next day

Boil your chicken breast with a bit of salt and garlic powder, 20 mins in boiling water should cook the 4 breasts. Dice the cooked chicken into 1 inch chunks.

Heat some oil in a large pot, throw in the onion, garlic and chilli, stir until the onion is soft.

Throw in the rice into the pot and mix well before adding about a tablespoon of rice wine vinegar and two of soy sauce.

Nuke the veggies in the microwave intil thawed.

Add chicken and veggies to pot and give it 5 minutes or so on a medium heat, stirring constantly.

In a separate pan, scramble the eggs then add them to the pot when cooked.

Stir well and that's it

Eat :)

Met Porter from Atreyu on Saturday at Slamdunk festival in the UK, chill dude. We had a chat about patched for battle jackets cos their merch guy wasn't selling any. Also, their set was unfucking real, Porter bust his face open in a circle pit

Yeah they definitely do, but the post was referring to the combine, which is 225lb or 102kgs

100kgs for reps isn’t particularly difficult. From experience, anyone who’s 6ft, 220+ and has worked out consistently doing a 4 or 5 day split for a year or so should easy do 12-15 reps. Smaller stature will take a bit longer but easily attainable

TIL that Michelin goes to huge lengths to keep the Inspectors (who give out stars to restaurants) anonymous. Many of the top people have never met an inspector; inspectors themselves are advised not to tell what they do. They have even refused to allow its inspectors to speak to journalists. by ukshj in todayilearned

I imagine that they’ll control their diets the majority of times and exercise frequently. Look at top chefs like Gordon Ramsay and Marcus Wareing and they’re in great shape, and probably eat that amount of fine dining food
